Our history
LAPAP's corporate career began in 1969. Luigi Scotti, born and resident in Cornate d'Adda, realized his entrepreneurial desire by founding LAPAP snc (acronym for Processing of High Production Plastic Articles).
The first two injection presses, small in size, allow Mr Scotti to work on the moulding of small accessories for metal furniture and wood.
It was during the Seventies that he glimpsed interesting opportunities in the nursery sector and, having expanded the fleet of machines, he began the production of vases, saucers and planters.
The ingenuity and versatility of Mr. Scotti's ideas lead him to also bring the home sector closer together, which was growing a lot in those decades.
Upon his sudden death, the baton passed to the second generation and the company legacy was taken up by his daughter Lorenza with her husband Maurilio who, dividing technical and commercial tasks, continued the business.
The new millennium marks the creation of the new and current headquarters of LAPAP, which has now become Srl. The press fleet is renewed and expanded to take advantage of the new commercial opportunities offered by the Italian and foreign markets.
Alongside work for third parties, a wide range of products dedicated to bathroom and kitchen environments is developed, which are still leading sectors of the company.
The challenge launched by emerging countries does not slow down the results of LAPAP which continues its growth and positioning at a national and international level, safeguarding the quality and values of Made in Italy.
It is in 2021 that the current owners of the company decide to invest their energy and experience in very different fields to continue the history of LAPAP and look to the future.
Many innovations have been made: from internal management, to the renewal of the machine park with latest generation, high-performance presses, to the improvement of products already in the range and the development of new items to expand the offer to its customers.
Beatrice and Daniele's challenge will be to consolidate LAPAP's presence on Italian territory and to position themselves as one of the leading small and medium-sized Italian companies in the household and hardware sector both in Italy and abroad.
LAPAP srl acquires eKoala Srl – an innovative startup that creates early childhood items in bioplastic - broadening its entrepreneurial vision to safeguard our environment. The knowledge and skills of Beatrice and Daniele Radaelli in terms of innovative materials come to the company, further underlining the future-oriented vision of the two owners.
Education: After a degree in psychology, for years I was involved in scientific research in the field of neuroscience and carried out clinical and assistance activities with passion.
Work experiences: I threw myself into the world of entrepreneurship with the awareness of the importance of research and constant innovation for the success of my business.
Off the job? : Outside the work walls I am a vagabond “backpacker”, always a lover of the sea and the outdoors.
Education: The degree in Foreign Languages allowed me to gather different work experiences that led me to be the person I am today.
Work experiences:At first, a dive into the art world with many years of experience in the sector, carrying out public relations and communication and promotion activities. I then decided to discover the business world more closely, joining the family business, which has been active in the plastic products sector for years.
Off the job? : I love (unscheduled) trips and all the cultures of the world fascinate me: I like to be amazed by the beauties of nature, like children.

To respond to the demands of an increasingly demanding market, LAPAP guarantees customized solutions designed on the needs of its customers.
Thanks to highly qualified internal staff and a well-established network of suppliers –all Italian – we are able to customize each product to fully respond to the most varied market requests. Everything from material to colors to graphics to packaging can be customized.
We also offer technical support and solutions dedicated to the most demanding customers who intend to create their own items. We follow them in the initial product design phase, in the design and manufacturing of the molds and in the molding and packaging of the finished product on their behalf.
The quality of each process and each product is guaranteed by an entirely Made in Italy process.

Green Revolution
Our commitment to our world:
- Eco - We have developed an entirely green line of our products, using Italian-made, environmentally friendly and entirely biodegradable bioplastics.
- Recycling- we recycle internally and rework all the plastic discarded during the molding phase so that it becomes useful material for the creation of our products, to make our contribution to the circular economy.
- Green daily actions - we commit ourselves every day and choose to operate green even in everyday working life. We limit as much as possible and separate waste. Where possible, we opt for reusable or second-life solutions instead of disposable ones. We inform consumers about the correct disposal of all our products.
